Questions owners ask
Is this for book-lending libraries?
No. It is made for self-study libraries and reading rooms, where students rent a seat by plan or shift. It does not track books.
Do my students need to install anything?
No. Only you and your staff sign in. Students simply receive renewal reminders on WhatsApp — automatic ones if you switch them on, or ones you send from your phone.
How does signing in work?
Enter your mobile number, then type the 6-digit code that arrives on WhatsApp from Aucio Infotech. There is nothing to remember.
Can my front-desk staff use it?
Yes. Invite them by mobile number and choose the branches they work at. Fees and payments stay visible to owners only.
Which languages does the AI assistant understand?
English, Hindi and Hinglish. It answers from your library’s own records, and you can switch it off in Settings.
Do I have to track attendance?
No. Attendance is optional and stays off until you turn it on.
How much does it cost?
Starter is ₹199 a month, Pro ₹399 and Business ₹799, or 10 months’ price for a full year. Add-ons like 50 more seats or another branch cost extra only if you need them.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new library gets 30 days of Pro free, with no card. Your data stays when you pick a plan.
